Use the contact route on the employer’s original program or job page for eligibility, vacancies and application status. Nursing Playbook cannot submit an application or resolve a hiring decision on your behalf.
For your working files
Download your application brief or rehearsal drafts before leaving the tool. We do not receive a copy and cannot recover unsaved drafts. Do not send patient information through this site.
Purchase support
Contact legal@uenotices.com with your order reference for purchase support, refund requests or privacy questions. Never send card details, patient information or your private access key.
Recover a purchase
Open /recover and enter the order reference and private key you saved from your order page. Keys last 30 days from checkout creation and cannot restore a refunded or suspended purchase. Keep the PDF and ZIP files on your own device. If you cannot recover access, contact purchase support with the order reference and purchase email address.
