Application and rehearsal drafts

The application desk and interview rehearsal keep what you type in the current browser tab. They do not upload it to our server or save it automatically. Reloading or leaving the tool can clear it. If you download a file, that copy is stored wherever your browser saves downloads; you control it.

Use de-identified examples

Do not enter patient names, identifiers, clinical records, passwords or confidential employer information. The tools are for career preparation and fictional practice, not a system for storing patient information.

Site requests and external links

Your browser makes ordinary requests to load the site. A hosting provider may process request information to operate and secure the service. Links to employers open their websites, where their own privacy practices apply. No advertising pixels have been enabled in this edition.

Public-page measurement

Vercel Web Analytics is configured for eligible public pages. It processes page paths, permitted referrers, visit timestamps, browser/device information and approximate location. It uses a request-derived visitor identifier with a 24-hour lifetime; this is not a statement that aggregate reports are deleted after 24 hours. We exclude private order, intake, recovery, email-preference and owner pages; URLs containing query strings or fragments; and requests where Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control is enabled. These exclusions mean our counts are incomplete. We do not send application drafts, review text, email addresses or order references as event properties. Custom interaction events are disabled.

Landing-page observations

Landing-page attribution is disabled. This edition does not create landing records or attach them to checkout.

Purchases and private access

Stripe processes payments and card information. We receive the purchase email address, payment identifiers, amount, status and purchased editions. Neon stores order records and hashed access keys; Vercel hosts the site and private files. A necessary, HTTP-only browser cookie provides access to your order for 30 days. We do not receive your full card number. Email sending is deferred; an order may queue a receipt record without sending it.

Retention and requests

We keep purchase and payment records for fulfillment, support, refunds, disputes and accounting. Expiration of a download key does not delete those records. There is no automatic order-deletion schedule currently enabled. Contact legal@uenotices.com with your order reference for purchase support, refund requests or privacy questions. Never send card details, patient information or your private access key.
