Read the fictional sample feedbackIs this the right task?
What the review would cover.
For an applicant who has selected one opening and needs to find missing, inconsistent or unsupported information before submitting.
The proposed deliverable
- A requirement-to-evidence map for one supplied posting.
- A consistency review of one resume up to two pages and one letter or statement up to 750 words.
- A submission checklist separating requirements, missing items and employer questions.
- One written clarification round about the original packet.
Planned format: an annotated PDF report and editable text checklist through private order access.
Outside this scope
No application submission, employer contact, reference procurement, complete rewrite or licensure/eligibility determination. Another opening is a separate scope.
Sample deliverable / Fictional case
One packet, three unresolved details
Fictional audit for Taylor applying to fictional Cedar Hospital. Its invented instructions request a resume, a 500-word statement and a separately submitted reference. These are not real employer requirements. This AI-assisted illustration shows the proposed format, not a completed customer order.
Statement: meet the supplied limit
The fictional limit is 500 words; Taylor’s draft is 560. The first and last paragraphs repeat the same reason for applying. Remove the repetition, then recount the final text. Do not assume the portal will trim it or that an exception exists.
Consistency: resolve the date conflict
The resume says December 2026; the statement says May 2027. The intake does not establish the correct graduation date. Flag both for confirmation rather than choosing the date that fits the opening better. Update both documents only after Taylor confirms it.
Reference: distinguish request from receipt
“Reference requested” is not evidence of submission. Record the referee, official submission route and stated deadline in the private application log. If receipt confirmation is unclear, use the employer’s stated channel to ask how it works.
Order of work
Resolve the graduation-date conflict first. Reduce and recount the statement. Inspect the exported resume and verify the reference process. Keep any portal confirmation after submission. A completed checklist records actions; it does not prove employer acceptance.
Availability: leave unknowns visible
Taylor plans to relocate but has no confirmed move date. Do not claim immediate local availability. Ask Taylor for an accurate statement and check the supplied start-date requirement. Keep this item unresolved until those facts are known.
Before a review
What you would bring.
Intake is closed. Do not send a resume through email or another brand’s support channel.
- The posting and application instructions with the date you checked them.
- One resume and one requested letter or statement with contact details removed.
- The stated deadline and unresolved questions.
Remove patient details, reference contact details, identification numbers and unrelated personal information. No upload or customer data collection is enabled on this page.
Who would review the work?
A provider has not been appointed. No nurse, recruiter or clinical specialist review is claimed. The actual provider, relevant experience and use of AI must be disclosed before ordering opens.
Timing, follow-up and terms
A turnaround commitment has not been set. Before sales open, the service must publish its delivery deadline, intake acceptance process, clarification window, refund terms and monitored support channel. The proposed delivery clock begins only after a paid order and complete intake have been accepted. Do not rely on this unavailable service for an approaching deadline.
